Falcon is the managing attorney of the pre-litigation department at Sepulveda Sanchez Law and was previously a litigation attorney at Vistas Law Group, LLP where he litigated various civil litigation matters for years. As a well-tempered, but aggressive litigator working in pre-litigation, Mr. Falcon has settled millions of dollars’ worth of personal injury cases and is very passionate about helping those injured in accidents.
Mr. Falcon obtained his undergraduate degree from the Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and earned his law degree from Western State College of Law in Irvine. During law school, Mr. Falcon served as Editor-in-Chief of Western State’s Law Review where he oversaw the publication of an entire legal journal and published his own legal publication on the legal development of arbitration clauses: Class Action Waivers – The Modern David and Goliath Battle Sparked by Ambiguous Arbitration Clauses. In addition, Mr. Falcon received the recognition of Dean’s Fellow, was a member of the national honor society of criminal justice: Alpha Phi Sigma and was awarded with the Witkin Award for Federal Income Taxation. Mr. Falcon would capsulate his law school career by clerking for the Honorable Judge Deidre Hill at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, and later, would extern at Western State’s Immigration clinic where Mr. Falcon won his first case, an asylum case that ended with his client obtaining residency in the United States.
Currently, Mr. Falcon is on the Judicial Endorsement Committee for the Mexican American Bar Association of Los Angeles where he evaluates the qualifications and judicial temperament of appointment candidates seeking endorsement and support. When Mr. Falcon is not serving his community or practicing law, he is either playing soccer, exploring new food spots with wife, running, or walking his dog, Bella.
